Loan Program

Construction Loans

Build it, then finance it, without two separate scrambles.

Overview

What this program is for.

Construction financing is a specialty, not a checkbox. Draw schedules, builder approval, contingency and the conversion to permanent financing all have to be lined up before the first shovel moves.

Cameron works construction and land files as a core part of his business rather than an exception, and will tell you early whether a build pencils out on the numbers you have.

Highlights

Construction Loans at a glance.

Draw schedules explained

You know when funds release and what triggers each draw.

Builder review

Your builder is vetted against program requirements before you commit.

Construction to permanent

The path from build loan to long-term mortgage is planned from day one.

VA and conventional paths

Eligible veterans have construction options too.

How It Runs

The same four steps, every file.

01. Pre-Approval

A real pre-approval tells you your range, makes your offer credible to a listing agent, and sets the rest of the file up to move fast.

02. Loan Application

A defined document list, given to you once and up front, not drip-fed as a series of surprise requests.

03. Underwriting

Your file is reviewed and conditions are cleared as they come in. You are told where the file stands, not left guessing.

04. Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company, and you sign.
